We currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join us in the part time position of Boarding House Administrator.
Tiddeman Boarding House provides a happy and challenging living and learning environment for more than 110 students from Australia and around the world. The Boarding House Administrator is the first point of contact in the Boarding House during business hours and will have a genuine focus on providing outstanding customer service. The Administrator is required to be an effective communicator with parents, students, all College staff and external agencies in person, on the phone and via written correspondence. The role also involves completing administrative duties on behalf of the Head and Deputy Head of Boarding.
The successful candidate will have highly developed communication and data entry skills, together with an ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. You will also be able to demonstrate strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (including mail merge), Outlook e-mail Excel, TASS & Microsoft Teams.
