Engagement and Events Coordinator - Alumnae

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engagement and Events Coordinator to join our Advancement team and engage with our extraordinary and diverse alumnae community.

This role is a key point of liaison for our alumnae, overseeing a number of important areas including:

  • Co-ordinating the Reunion Program and developing and rolling out events which promote active engagement. This includes local, regional, interstate and international events
  • Creating and implementing strategies to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships amongst the alumnae community and support ongoing engagement
  • Overseeing the maintenance and integrity of alumnae contact data and assisting with the development of a regular communications program to improve contact with alumnae
  • Supporting the development of positive and mutually relevant relationship development with our alumnae
  • Old Collegians’ Club (OCC) – support the development of positive and mutually relevant relationship development with this key MLC stakeholder

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience in Event Coordination
  • Excellent Stakeholder Engagement Skills
  • Experience in database management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Discretion and reliability for confidentiality in the conduct of alumnae and community business
  • An ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • A passion for building and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse global community

Some weekend and evening work will be required in relation to various aspects associated with this position.
