College Receptionist

Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) is one of Australia’s most respected and innovative schools with over 2,100 students from our Early Learning Centre to Year 12.  We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to join our College in the full time, ongoing position of Receptionist/Administration Assistant at the College’s main reception area.

As the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the College, our Receptionist plays a critical customer service role and act as an ambassador for the College.  Significant contact with students, families and staff forms a key part of your daily activities and therefore a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition is essential. 

The successful candidate for this role is entirely customer focused, and able to showcase their reliability, punctuality and affinity to technology. Previous experience using Microsoft Suite, SharePoint and Teams are highly regarded.

This position may require occasional work outside normal office hours such as assisting at Information Sessions on a Saturday morning twice a year.
